keryKerry Fannon, Senior Designer

Kerry is no craft beer novice. Growing up with a homebrewing father, she was exposed to the smell of a stove-top mash at an early age. Today she resides in the craft beer hub of Fort Collins, Colorado and is married to a craft brewer. Besides drinking a cold IPA and prettifying craft beer, she loves chasing around her toddler and snapping photos.

juliaJulia Herz, Craft Beer Program Director

Julia is a homebrewer, BJCP beer judge and Certified Cicerone™. Despite her extensive experience, she will always consider herself a beer beginner on an unending journey to learn more about craft beer. Follow Julia on Twitter (@HerzMuses) and frequent the Craft Beer Muses blog.

cindyCindy Jones, Web Director

Cindy feels right at home in the community of craft brewers. Being surrounded by passionate, creative breweries is an amazing and inspiring work environment for this 10-year veteran. At beer:30 you’ll find her digging through the beer fridge for a good Brown Ale. She also loves to pair a Belgian Tripel with her other passion, cupcakes with copious amounts of icing.

Spencer Powilson, Marketing Coordinator

Spencer Powlison is the Brewers Association’s Marketing Coordinator. Although he’s lived in Boulder, CO for over six years, he still considers himself a Vermonter at heart, having grown up in Underhill and Shelburne, and graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT. He lives with his wife, Kate, who introduced him to craft beer, and their dog, Churro, who usually prefers wine. To balance his love of beer, he spends much of his free time training and competing as an elite cyclist.

Andy Sparhawk, Craft Beer Program Coordinator

Andy is a BJCP Beer Judge and Certified Cicerone®. He lives in Arvada, Colorado where he is a homebrewer and avid craft beer enthusiast. On occasion, Andy is inspired to write on his experiences with craft beer pairings, and if they are not too ridiculous, you might see the results here on CraftBeer.com. Follow Andy on Twitter @AndySparhawk.

meghanMeghan Storey, Web Editor

Meghan has been lucky enough to work in the world of craft beer for the past four years. She holds a degree in Print Journalism from the University of Mississippi, and has recently relocated to Nashville, TN. She loves to introduce friends to new craft beers and food pairings. Since beginning work on CraftBeer.com she can be found adding beer to just about everything she cooks. Find Meghan on Facebook or email meghan@brewersassociation.org.

lukeLuke Trautwein, Senior Designer

Can one man stare at delicious beer for hours every day and not lose his sanity? Luke is on a mission to find that answer. If not making beer look fabulous (tough, right?), you’ll find him crankin’ around on his bike or sippin’ on something hoppy.

nateNate Zander, Web Architect/Project Manager

Already a certified computer nerd, Nate is working on his beer geek credentials as a student of the Certified Cicerone® Program. While not hammering away on code in the back corner of the Brewers Association office, you can find him on his skis, bike, or honing his rolling skills as the third-stringer on the BA skee ball team, Brew SKEE, or Die.
