Odell Brewing: Good Beer, Good People

Share Post

Nestled along Colorado’s Front Range, Odell Brewing Company is an important facet of Fort Collins and a leader in the craft beer community.

But for the folks at Odell, producing award-winning beer isn’t the only thing that’s essential to their identity. Odell’s constant and continued efforts in community outreach and charitable causes is something to be noted and celebrated.

Odell’s philanthropic spirit is best exemplified through their program Odell Outreach. With the motto “We Brew… We Share…,” Odell employees meet quarterly to decide which organizations they feel need their help most. Odell enlists family, friends and volunteers for activities which raise money for charity.

The Charity of the Month Program allocates all taster tray proceeds to non-profit organizations. The tasting room donation averages $1,200 each month to the chosen charity. Odell even allows organizations to apply to be the Charity of the Month.

As a visitor, you can feel good about tasting Odell’s rotating selection of drafts—as if you needed another reason to enjoy your visit to the brewery.

With craft breweries taking on more of the market share each year, social responsibility is increasingly important. Odell Brewing showcases the art of craft brewing in America—it’s about making good beer and being good people. Cheers to that!
