Burning River Barley’s Angels chapter launches it’s debut event at the historic ABC the Tavern with a three course pairing of fine craft beers and delectable gourmet dishes. The pairing will be guided by ABC Tavern’s own Trace Althoff

• Course 1. Pierogie w/cabbage slaw paired with North Coast Scrimhsaw Pilsner.
• Course 2. Apple Hazelnut Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Asparagus and Creamy Polenta, Beer TBA
• Course 3. Banana Creme Brûlée w/the rare Brooklyn Black Ops
