Join 12 Baltimore for a mouth-watering five-course meal perfectly pairing Boulevard beers with divine dishes created by chef Justin Voldan. Seatings for the dinner are available at 5:30 and 8:30p.m., with live jazz at the later session. Boulevard brewer, Jeremy Danner, will be on hand at both sessions to walk you through the pairings. 1st course: Nutcracker Ale paired with sweet potato and pear soup (served with candied pistachios)

2nd course: Harvest Dance Wheat Wine paired with duck ravioli (pomegranate balsamic reduction, golden beet puree)

3rd course: Dark Truth Stout paired with roasted lamb loin (foie gras and chestnut)

4th course: Saison-Brett paired with pheasant breast (spicy cassoulet, braised kale, caramelized onion puree)

5th course: Rye-on-Rye paired with vanilla and saffron poached pear
