1st Course: Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale paired with pear pizza (bosc pears pached in quadurple ale, country ham, garlic aoli, caramelized shallots, baby arugula, toasted pine nuts, camembert and gorgonzola)

2nd Course: Long Strange Tripel paired with lamb kibbee (ground lamb, bulgur wheat, cumin, lemon, Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat apricot ginger & mint preserves, cucumber yogurt salad, micro greens with coriander vinaigrette)

3rd Course: The Sixth Glass paired with braised short ribs (braised in Bully! Porter, butternut squash, cipollini onions, fresh herbs, medjool date puree, brussel sprouts and green tip carrots)

4th Course: Double-Wide I.P.A. paired with shrimp & grits (sautéed shrimp, applewood bacon, garlic, lemon, scallion, creole seasonings, tillamook cheddar & tasso grits, cajum gastrique, dressed micro greens)

5th Course: Dark Truth Stout paired with D.D.P.M. (Dark Truth Stout espresso chocolate mousse, Double-Wide I.P.A. seas salt caramel, pretzel crostini and house made marshmallow creme)
