The ritual of drinking beer during this time of year is global goes back millennia and it seems appropriate to do it this year at ICE in NYC. Join Samuel Merritt, Certified Cicerone ® and president of Civilization of Beer as he leads you through a variety of dark beers paired with exquisite food while exploring the history and culture of the solstice as it relates to beer.
