Salad- Tender baby spinach leaves topped with beet chips, candied walnuts, mandarin orange slices and fried leeks. Served with an Orange Hefeweizen vinaigrette.Paired with our Highside Hefeweizen.
Appetizer- Pan seared sesame seed encrusted Ahi tuna with a spicy Thai coconut green curry sauce served over a nest of Thai rice noodles. Paired with our Broken Oar IPA.
Entree- Braised short ribs with an Amber demi glaze, creamy mushroom risotto and fresh oven roasted vegetables. Paired with our Lands End Amber.
Dessert- Raspberry Espresso Mousse Trifle. Paired with our Black’s Bridge Stout.
After dinner drink- Barrel #6 Bourbon Aged Brown Ale.
