Construction is underway on Griffin Claw Brewing Company, the new home for Big Rock Chophouse’s award-winning beer and its Brewmaster, Dan Rogers. Join us on Monday, February 11, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Reserve for our fourth monthly beer tasting series with Dan. Hear more about the progress of Griffin Claw Brewing Company and our countdown until opening.

Complimentary appetizers will also be provided. There will be a brief tour of the new brewery from 5 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for anyone interested in getting a “sneak peek” prior to the tasting.

We will be featuring the following Belgium Brews:
• Duvel
• Lindeman Framboise
• Liefman’s Cuvee Brut
• Dupont Monk’s Stout
• Dupont Moinette Brune
• La Chouffe Golden Ale
• La Chouffe Houblon
• St. Bernardus
• Tripel Karmeliet

Additionally, Dan will be serving his Saison St. Clair and award-winning Red Rock Flanders Red Ale on draft.
