Hangar 24 Local Fields Vinaceous Release01.19.2013
The first Hangar 24 Local Field Series beer of the year, Vinaceous, will soon be here!
Vinaceous was created to combine the best characteristics of wine and beer. Brewed in the style of an English Old Ale, this beer deviates from tradition with an ample addition of freshly crushed Mourvedre grapes from Temecula. Vinaceous pours a deep burgundy color and boasts flavors of rich malt, brown sugar, dark berries and a touch of oak in the finish.
Vinaceous will be available in the Hangar 24 Tasting Room beginning January 19 at 11 a.m., and Southern California Distribution will begin Monday, January 21.
We’re celebrating the release of Vinaceuos in the Tasting Room on January 19, with special food and live music, all of which hint at the source of this beer. Here’s the schedule:
- 11am- 2013 Vinaceous available on Draught, in bombers, and growlers and growler fills, and limited-edition prints of the 2013 Vinaceous label artwork available.
- 12-5pm: The best Italian treat ever- pizza, cooked fresh on-site from Where’s the Fire Pizza.
- 1-4pm: Live jazz from Temecula native Waylon Hicks and his band, the Waylon Hicks Project .
