Beer Dinner
BRU Beer Dinner
October 15, 2012
Centro’s Chef, Ian Clark, is a master of many crafts. He’s well known for the soulful, inspired Latin cuisine he dishes up nightly. But lately, he’s been pulling down rave reviews and write-ups for his labor of love, turned burgeoning business: BRU handbuilt ales. Ian’s beers are truly remarkable in taste and structure, each one a delicate balance of the brewer’s art of fermentation and the chef’s palate of flavors.
On Thursday, November 8th from 7 pm, Centro will hold the first BRU Beer Dinner. Four courses prepared by Chef Clark paired with four beers built by Brewmaster Clark. The beer selection includes a very special collaboration between BRU and Centro, collectively created at BRU’s nano-brewery on a recent afternoon; Sasquash Roasted Pumpkin Porter.
The evening will be a celebration of delicious tastes and balanced presentation. Guests will enjoy not only great food and beer but will be invited to take part in a discussion, led by Chef Clark, on the process and inspiration behind his culinary and zymurgical pursuits.
$45 per person, tax and gratuity additional. Call 303.442.7771 to book your reservation.
