Chuckanut Offers Sweetheart Dinner on Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is on its way and at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen we’re getting ready. We’ve got a great prix fix dinner lined up for February 14 starting at 5pm just for you celebrating sweethearts. This annual dinner for Valentine’s Day includes a shared appetizer, entrée for each valentine, and a shared dessert. Plus the menu options are unbelievable for the price, this year of $41.95 for two lovers! Our regular menu is also available and reservations are strongly recommended.
The choices to start your meal are either Shrimp Spring Roll with Dunkel plum sauce (suggested beer is Pilsner) or Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil, parmesan, prosciutto with balsamic glaze (great with Kolsch). Each sweetheart chooses their own entrée either Osso Bucco with polenta cake (we suggest Rauch beer), Miso Glazed Cod with Rice & Bok Choy (delicious with Sticke Alt), or Pesto Shrimp Pasta with fresh Bellingham Pasta Co. penne (fabulous with our British IPA). And to seal the kiss the choice is either NY Style cheesecake with berry medley (suggestion is Kolsch) or our Rauch Chocolate Cup (perfect with Dunkel lager). Whichever beer you choose you will most likely be very happy that you enjoyed it with Chuckanut’s Sweetheart Dinner.
Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, located at 601 West Holly St, was awarded the National Small Brewpub/Brewer of the Year 2009 and National Small Brewery/Brewer of the Year 2011 at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO.
