Valiant Brewing Company, the newest microbrewery in Orange County, Calif., opens its doors Feb. 9. Owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Brian and Kelly Schroepfer–brewers, craft beer lovers, and mechanical engineers who designed the brewery themselves–Valiant offers a lineup of unique ales.
Grand Opening attendees will enjoy a selection of Valiant original brews and be able to tour the brewery. New beers will be released in the coming weeks, completing the Valiant line-up.
