Fort Collins, Colo. – The Fort Collins Brewery, along with Gravity 1020 Modern Tavern, was excited to show off their expanded brew haus by hosting an open house for industry members on Monday that lasted from 3-8 p.m.

From Entertaining Fort Collins blogger, Malini Bartels to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Kevin Patterson to Food Science and Human Nutrition Professor at Colorado State University, Jack Avens, industry members across the board came out to share in the celebration of FCB’s Year of Growth.

The event, which was free of charge, offered guided tours showcasing the new 50bbl Rolec Automated System, the 7bbl Newlands Pilot System, a Wittemann Pinpoint Carbonator and the GEA Westfalia Centrifuge, all of which were put into commission in the last several months.

To honor the occasion and to boast the new brew haus capabilities everyone in attendance left with a souvenir bottle of In Honor Hefe, a German Hefeweizen that traditionally FCB would not have been able to create without the new brew haus. In Honor Hefe was brewed exclusively for the Industry Night Open House and will not be for sale.

Along with guided tours, the guests in attendance were treated to appetizer trays from Gravity 1020, FCB’s five fulltime brews and the In Honor Hefe, as well as raffle prizes including an FCB Growler, a Double Chocolate Stout party pack and a vintage Maibock bomber.

“We wanted to create a fun, yet informational event that would share our new brew haus expansion with as many members in our industry as possible and we’re extremely pleased with the turn out,” said Fort Collins Brewery Marketing Coordinator, Kaylee Kulich.

The Fort Collins Brewery is a family-owned, hand-crafted brewery in Northern Colorado, since 2004. FCB also offers the only full-service restaurant inside a brewery, Gravity 1020 Modern Tavern, in Fort Collins, Colo. For more information, visit fortcollinsbrewery.com or call 970-472-1499.
