Share Post

MOTHER ROAD BREWING COMPANY (Flagstaff, AZ USA)

Mother Road Brewing Company’s fall seasonal, Painted Racer ESB, received 93 points (exceptional) in the World Beer Championships. The judges at the Beverage Tasting Institute give this desciption of Painted Racer in the judging results:

“Copper color. Attractive aromas and flavors of toasted rye fig bread and pineapple-orange custard with a silky, lively, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a mildly astringent, complex, long finish with suggestions of roasted nuts, cocoa, lemon pepper, and bitter greens. A delicious, robustly flavorful ESB for all occasions, fantastic!”

This latest Gold Medal joins seven other 2014 medals for Mother Road Beer.

Painted Racer is available from September through November. Come down to the Flagstaff, AZ Tap Room for a medal winning Mother Road beer, or ask for one at your favorite restaurant across the state of Arizona.
