Buellton, California— Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company has been growing steadily since it’s opening in November 2010. In the first three years alone this family-owned brewery has grown 893%. The company will soon celebrate its 5th Anniversary with a Release Party on November 28, 2015 and has a lot to celebrate. On August 12, 2015, Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. joined 5000 other fast-growing companies on the Inc. 5000 list and ranked number 519 on the list.
“We attribute our growth to the hard work of our staff which we affectionately refer to as the ‘Fig Fam,’” says Vice-President Jim Dietenhofer. His son, and President of the company, Jaime Dietenhofer agrees: “Our staff work at a very fast pace in order to keep up with our growth. If it weren’t for them as well as our loyal customers, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
The brewery has been investing their profits back into the company in order to increase production and open new taprooms. There are now five taprooms along the Central Coast including Santa Barbara, Buellton, Los Olivos, Santa Maria and Arroyo Grande. A new brewpub and restaurant in Westlake Village is set to open this fall.
