EUGENE, Ore.—Ninkasi Brewing Company announces an expanded distribution footprint in Southern California with the addition of distributor partner, the Craft Beer Guild Distributing of California – Los Angeles (Craft LA). Beginning next week, Ninkasi’s lineup of Flagship, Seasonal, and Special Release Series beers will be available throughout San Fernando Valley, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Palmdale, Santa Clarita and Pomona.

The Oregon-based brewery initially launched distribution to the greater Los Angeles basin, Orange and San Diego counties in August 2013 – marking the first availability of Ninkasi in Southern California. “Southern California can be a little bit tough in terms of putting a network together,” explains Nikos Ridge, CEO and co-founder for Ninkasi. “Now with our Craft LA partnership, we are happy to announce that we have more coverage filling in the Los Angeles metro area and beyond!”

“Craft Beer Guild of Los Angeles is extremely proud and honored to be officially selling Ninkasi; the liquid is spectacular and Craft LA expects big things in our assigned areas for Ninkasi,” says Scott Liebowitz, Craft LA market manager.  “It’s the beginning of a great partnership in Southern California.”

The brewery will also bring its Beer is Love donations program to these new territories. Officially established in 2012, the Beer is Love program offers donations to non-profits throughout all the areas where Ninkasi distributes; helping those organizations raise funds and awareness to achieve their goals.
