In today’s challenging job market, it doesn’t hurt to show a little creativity—and perhaps an affection for the company you are approaching. That’s what amateur rapper Jeremy “Germ” Johnson does in his ode to Saint Arnold Brewing Co., which he submitted to the brewery along with his resume. Titled, “Saint Arnold Brewing Company Flow,” the song and video celebrate the brewery’s history and popular beers, and even works in the brewery’s “oldest craft brewery in Texas” slogan.

Jeremy’s creativity has certainly worked. The video not only captured the attention of the crew at Saint Arnold, but Houston-area media has also picked it up.
