Triple Voodoo Brewery and Tap Room Gears Up for San Francisco Beer Week 2015

San Francisco Beer Week (SFBW) (February 6th-15th) is the celebration for everything beer.  SFBW 2015 will mark Triple Voodoo’s five year anniversary (one year in Dog Patch).  We will be brewing a special anniversary beer called Triple In The Fifth to celebrate.  This will be a big Belgian Tripel which will be true to the style.  In addition, we are excited to announce our first collaboration beer with High Water Brewing.  Phil Meeker and Steve Altimari will be crafting a unique dark Saison with a lot of twists.  Here are a list of all our events that we have planned for SFBW 2015.  Check out all the SFBW 2015 events we will be hosting in our tasting room:

  •  Sunday February 8th 6pm – Belgian Beer Dinner w/ Left Coast Catering

A really unique four course beer pairing dinner featuring all Belgian style beers we brew

  •  Monday February 9th 3pm – Bottle Release Samurai Saison

Come join us at the Triple Voodoo Brewery & Tap Room for a very special release of our Samurai Saison in 750ml bottles. Only 45 cases produced!

  •  Tuesday February 10th 3pm – Yeast Flavor Profile Demonstration Event

Come to Triple Voodoo’s Brewery and Tap Room and learn how using different yeast strains in the same base beer.  We will be brewing one style of beer and fermenting it with four different strains of yeast.  Taster flights will be offered and our friends from Giga Yeast will be here too.

  •   Wednesday February 11th 3pm – Triple Voodoo Brewery and Tap Room 5th Anniversary

Come and help us celebrate our 5th year of making beer and our 1st year of making beer in our own brewery and tap room in Dog Patch San Francisco.  This is going to be a HUGE celebration with lots of surprises.

  •   Thursday February 12th 5pm – Beer and Cheese Pairing

Triple Voodoo Brewery and Tap Room has teamed up with the La Fromagerie Cheese Shop to offer a unique opportunity to learn about pairing beer with cheese

  •   Friday February 13th 3pm – High Water / Triple Voodoo beer collaboration release

Phil Meeker and Steve Altimari have joined forces to brew a very unique creation for beer week.  This beer will be debuted here at our brewery and tap room in Dog Patch.

  •    Sunday February 15th noon – Beer Week Decompression

As beer week winds down we will be tapping all the “left over” beers and have food pop ups
