La Vista, NE – Nebraska Brewing Company is proud to invite Todd Ruggere and the USA Pour Tour to Nebraska to host the Tour’s 22nd National fundraiser at their Tap Room located at 6946 S. 108th St. La Vista, NE on Thursday July 16th from 5pm to 9pm.
In 2013, Mr. Ruggere drank a beer in each of Massachusetts’ 351 towns and raised approximately Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) for cancer research in the process. Mr. Ruggere took his tour to Connecticut in 2014, visiting each of the Nutmeg State’s 169 towns to raise Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000).
This year, Mr. Ruggere has taken his fund – raising efforts nationwide by visiting at least one location in every state for a beer. During the course of his National tour, Mr. Ruggere has already raised in excess of $50,000. As his 22nd stop on the tour, Nebraska Brewing Company will be Todd’s only stop in Nebraska. The July 16th fundraiser will feature raffles & silent auctions and benefit The United Luv Project. This nonprofit uses 100% of all donations towards the purchase of iPads for the Medical Community, and the Omaha event will raise money to supply iPad’s to the Omaha Children’s Hospital Oncology unit.
Nebraska Brewing Company’s Vice President and Co-Founder Kim Kavulak says “We are excited to participate in a nationwide venture that raises funds to support children’s cancer research. Knowing that 100% of the donations will be used to support the cause made it easy to jump on board and support this cause.”
