Wallace, ID – Breath, stretch, sweat, drink. That’s at least the cadence of Wallace Brewing Company’s Orehouse Tasting Room the 2nd Tuesday of every month as it hosts yoga.
Partnering with Emma Stayduhar from Cornerstone Yoga, Wallace Brewing is hosting a monthly Yoga Flow class that’s open to all experience levels. Emma brings an extraordinary degree of joy to the class that’s already set in what most would consider their “happy place,” a brewery. After class wraps up, participants get a fresh pint of their favorite Wallace Brewing beer, or for those not wanting to commit to just one brew, they can mix it up with two 8oz glasses or 4 samplers.
