My passion for craft beer goes back to my childhood. My family moved to London when I was 13 and we lived next door to a quaint brewery in London. I was mesmerized daily by the sight and smell of the fresh hops and grains that were brought in from area farms. I loved the earthy aroma of the brewing process. Throughout high school and college, the memories of those sensory experiences were imprinted on my brain and beer became a calling. Just three years after completing college, I found a kindred spirit in Richard Pfeffer. We both wanted to create something new and to continue a tradition while putting our own mark on the process and the product.
