Basic Brewing Video caught up The Homebrew Chef, Sean Paxton, while he was prepping the dishes for the 2010 National Homebrewers Conference Awards Banquet. He prepared a four-course meal for 1,300 homebrewers, which included a beer-brined chicken. Sean goes into detail about the process of brining and explains how it can enhance the flavors of any dish.
