By now, you’ve probably already begun to think about your Christmas Day meal. If you’re ahead of the game, you might have beat the rush to the grocery store, and bought the ingredients for the feast. Don’t forget our favorite ingredient, beer!

Basic Brewing Video caught up  The Homebrew Chef, Sean Paxton, while he was prepping the dishes for the 2010 National Homebrewers Conference Awards Banquet.  He prepared a four-course meal for 1,300 homebrewers, which included a beer-brined chicken.  Sean goes into detail about the process of brining and explains how it can enhance the flavors of any dish. A beer brine might be just the thing to spice up your holiday table this year!
