NBC’s Today Show featured craft beer and food pairings to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.  Host Hoda Kotb and guest host Olivia Munn were treated to four Irish-inspired pairings from Hayley Jensen, the beer sommelier at DBGB Kitchen & Bar in New York City. We were pleased to see that most of the beers featured were from small and independent U.S. craft brewers including:

• Traditional Irish Banger with Stillwater Artisanal Ales’ Cellar Door
• Bowdoin Basque with Brewery Ommegang’s Belgian Pale Ale
• Irish Coffee Tart with a homebrewed Coffee Stout and Left Hand Brewing Company’s Milk Stout
