Fiction Beer is hosting a Park Burger and Beer Pairing Menu benefiting Habitat Denver on Saturday, May 13. A full pairing includes three slider sized burgers and three 5 oz beers for $16:
- Cheeseburger with Island of Conclusions Imperial IPA
- BBQ Burger with Alternate Present Black Lager
- El Chilango with Petty Vexation Berliner Weisse
You may also purchase single slider/beer pairings for $6.
The first 25 people will receive a free copy of the CraftBeer.com Beer & Food Course.
Those who join us will have the chance to work their way through a guided sensory exercise that includes a jelly bean to demonstrate the powerful world of flavor. On hand will be free copies of the CraftBeer.com Flavor Triangle to explain the differences between our sense of smell and taste. As well, those who pair can take a stab at using the Beer and Food Pairing Worksheet to test drive your burger and beer pairings.
We will also be selling raffle tickets for $5 each, all of which will be donated to Habitat Denver. Prizes include:
