American Craft Beer Week: Celebrating Our Country's Advanced Beer Culture

There has never been a better time to enjoy craft beer in America. With more than 5,000 breweries in the country – the vast majority being small, independent craft brewers – craft beer culture has become decidedly American culture. It was not such a long time when choice of beers in the United States. So let’s celebrate.

May 15-21, 2017 marks the 12-annual celebration of small and independent craft brewers and the renaissance of American beer culture known as American Craft Beer Week ® (ACBW).

With thousands of fiercely independent craft breweries, beer lovers should have no trouble finding a way to celebrate flavor-forward craft beer during the week. Look to your favorite breweries, beer bars, restaurants and beer retailers and ask what they have up their sleeve for the week to celebrate.
