With fall starting to show its true colors, and Halloween coming up, I can’t help but to get excited for pumpkin carving. As a kid, my family and I had a Halloween tradition of lining the kitchen floor with newspaper, printing out our favorite stencil and digging in to our pumpkins.
Every year we got more and more creative with the stencils, always trying to beat one another’s carving work. As I’ve gotten older, my pumpkin carving competitiveness has only grown, and every year I try and out do my previous pumpkin.
Odell Brewing Co. and Stone Brewing Co. brought this year’s carving to the next level with their very own stencils. As a beer lover, and an extremely competitive pumpkin carver, these patterns are exactly what I need to outdo myself.
