Blue Owl Brewing in Austin, Texas, is a sour beer brewery. The founders say their favorite part of owning the microbrewery is watching people’s faces when they try a sour beer, and realize that they like it.
“We have people come in here who don’t like beer, and our only option is sour beer, so we’ve been able to convert people,” explains co-owner Suzy Shaffer.
