Oregon Brewery’s Father-Daughter Brewing Team

Share Post

Lisa and Rick Allen are the father-daughter brewing team at Heater Allen Brewing in McMinnville, Oregon.

Lisa started her career in beer by washing kegs, like many brewers, but Rick says the roles have reversed: “Now she’s doing the brewing and I’m cleaning kegs,” he says, laughing.

The pair admit they both have strong personalities and working together isn’t always easy. But as you watch their story, you can see how much pride they take in their work and their beers at Heater Allen.
