SanTan and Four Peaks Rare Beer Dinner at Vintage 95 to Top Arizona Beer Week Highlights, February 18

Celebrate Arizona Craft Beer Week, February 15-22, 2014 with an epic Brazilian themed collaboration beer dinner featuring rare beers, frog legs, pork belly and more

(January 16, 2014) Chandler, AZ — For the first time ever, Arizona’s leading craft breweries, SanTan Brewing Company and Four Peaks Brewing are joining forces to celebrate Arizona Craft Beer Week. In collaboration with Vintage 95, this amazing, Brazilian themed rare five-course beer dinner will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6 p.m.

Executive chef, Michael Wahlberg and his team are creating an amazing menu that includes spiced chicken fritters with spicy guava aioli, pan seared frog legs, deconstructed crispy pork belly with farofa croquette and kale salad and for dessert a scrumptious ricotta and banana filled pastry with coconut-pumpkin compote with roasted pine nuts. Perfection!

Featured rare beers include SanTan Saison di Aleatico, Heavy D Imperial Devil’s Ale and Russian Imperial Stout. From Four Peaks, guests will enjoy these rare beers; Double Knot Imperial IPA, Odelay Mexican Chocolate Ale and a Beer Week Collaboration called Weizenbock. All have been paired with dishes that will compliment the flavor profiles perfectly.

The cost is $65++ per person and that includes five courses paired with five rare craft beers.

As an added bonus, the first 100 people to arrive for the dinner will receive a complimentary collector’s beer glass with etched logos of SanTan Brewing Company, Four Peaks Brewing, Vintage 95 and Arizona Beer Week.

In addition to the beer dinner, SanTan Brewing Company is hosting their annual Arizona Beer Week Brews Cruise on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. This fun filled event is an annual favorite with stops at four east valley bars including SanTan, Hungry Monk, Dos Gringos and The Perch.
