This beer gets its name from the independent spirit of our brewery and a desire to break the fall seasonal mold. We found some exotic hops, Mosaic and Galaxy, and brewed a beer we just wanted to drink. The result is a pale ale that’s quite sessionable, with tropical fruity notes and aromas of passion fruit and citrus.
