Mike Hess Brewing of San Diego will be hosting a Girl Scout Cookie and beer flight pairing the weekend of January 31st through February 2nd at all of their 5 California locations. Hand-selected cookies and beer will be available for $15 all weekend and participants will be able to try the brand new cookie, Lemon-Ups®!
The pairing is as follows: 
My Other Vice Berliner Weisse paired with the NEW COOKIE Lemon-Ups® Umbrix Imperial Stout paired with Thin Mints® Hop Cloud Hazy IPA paired with S’mores® Steel Beach American Craft Lager paired with Samoas® Baby Oda American Strong Ale paired with Do-si-dos®
The brewery will also be participating in Operation Thin Mint in San Diego and Care to Share in Walnut Creek. Operation Thin Mint℠ (OTM) and Care to Share are local Girl Scout service projects that, with the help of the Girl Scouts and generous cookie customers, have sent over 3 million packages of America’s favorite cookies and countless notes of support to deployed troops serving around the world, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, Japan, Korea, and the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean. With a donation to either organization, brewery goers can experience a taster of a specialty stout inspired by Thin Mint cookies.
