DUE SOUTH BREWING CO. ANNOUNCES SECOND SATURDAY CASK PARTIES
BOYNTON BEACH, FL – May 26, 2013 – Tap into something extra special the second Saturday of every month at Due South Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach.
Starting June 8, 2013, Due South will offer special, one of a kind cask treatments of their beers. Beers infused with new and unique flavors from herbs, spices, and fruits are sure to intrigue the palate.
While visitors to the brewery can choose from a dozen or more beers anytime in the tasting room, these special casks will only last one day.
To kick off the new series Due South will serve their blonde ale infused with ginger, lemongrass and cucumbers. This Asian fusion of flavors will compliment the evening’s visiting food truck, Spring In Roll Out, that specializes in Vietnamese fare including spring rolls and Banh Mi sandwiches.
Due South Brewing Co. opened in Boynton Beach, FL in May 2012. The beers are designed with South Florida in mind, focusing on refreshing yet flavorful hand crafted ales. The brewery offers brewery tours and food trucks every weekends and the onsite tasting room opens at noon every day but Monday when it’s closed. Due South beer is currently in over 175 South Florida bars and restaurants and all of it is brewed at its one and only location in Palm Beach County.
