LOS ANGELES ‒ Eagle Rock Brewery, (ERB) is celebrating their 10- year anniversary on Saturday January 18, 2020.
Eagle Rock Brewery’s special 10-year anniversary beer aptly named ‘TEN’ will also make its debut at the party and will be a west-coast IPA brewed with a focus on balance and drinkability. This special release will be available in both 16-oz cans and on draft. TEN will be available at the original tasting room, their affiliated restaurant Eagle Rock Brewery Public House, and for distribution throughout Southern California (via Wiegand Family Distribution) and Northern California (via Henhouse Distribution).
Eagle Rock Brewery brewed their inaugural batch of beer on November 14, 2009 and has been making award-winning beers since! They will be bringing back many of their special releases and crowd favorites brewed over the past decade at a Mardi Gras-themed party on January 18th at their brewery location, which will also feature burlesque shows, games, competitions, and raffles.
As the oldest production brewery within the city limits of Los Angeles, this anniversary is a major milestone for both the small independent brewery as well as for the entire beer community in Los Angeles. Eagle Rock Brewery through extensive work with the city, paved the way for the new generation of local breweries, and continues to focus on educational experiences to grow and develop the craft beer community in the greater LA area. Co-founder and original brewmaster Jeremy Raub helped to create the Los Angeles Brewers Guild (LABG) and was voted the first President of the LABG back in July 2013. Co-founder Ting Su continues to lead the long-standing and well-supported monthly Women’s Beer Forum (est. March 2010) as well as organizing many signature beer events throughout the year.
