Join Playalinda Brewing Company for their first Oktoberfest celebration at Brix Project. They will be tapping their Oktoberfest lager – Playafest just for the occasion. Guests can hang out in an authentic outdoor Biergarten with live music from Jason Domulot throughout the day, as well as enjoy specialty German inspired cocktails and a Chef Select Menu featuring classics such as Weiner Schnitzel, Sausage Pretzel Board, as well as our take on popular German dishes including German Nachos and Brat Burger. The focus of the event will be on the impressive tap lineup of delicious Playalinda beers.

Specially crafted cocktail menu featuring Oktoberfest and German inspired cocktails. 

German Mulled Wine – Cabernet, brandy , orange, lemon, agave, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanillaBeer Styles and star anise.

Spiked Apple Cider – Cider, Siesta Key Spiced Rum, cinnamon

German Hugo – Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, mint and honeydew melon balls

Chef Select Menu featuring traditional and modern German dishes.

Brat Burger, $13 – Pretzel bun, beef patty, Robonaut Red soaked bratwurst, sautéed onion and sauerkraut, white cheddar curds and Dijon mustard.

Wienerschnitzel, $14 – Thin pounded veal cutlet breaded and fried served with creamy mashed potato, mushroom onion gravy, sautéed red cabbage and a wedge of lemon.

Cabbage Rolls, $6 – Cabbage stuffed with rice, beef, veggies, then simmered in a creamy tomato base.

German Nachos, $10 – House kettle chips pilled high with beer cheese, sauerkraut, sautéed onion, Pico, corn and Robonaur Red soaked bratwurst.

German Potato Soup ( Kartoffelsuppe ), $5- Traditional German soup with leek, potato and German sausage.

German Chocolate Cake, $6 – House made chocolate cake with coconut pecan filling and fudge buttercream frosting.

Sausage Pretzel Board – Specialty selection of imported sausages, cheese, and dipping sauces, served with a large Bavarian-style pretzel.
