Upslope: Nepal Earthquake Relief

Share Post

Upslope Brewing Company is teaming up with Global Works to raise funds for the Dadagaun Village School & Orphanage.

The school and orphanage both experienced substantial damage during and after the first earthquake. The orphanage and many village homes have been rendered unsafe to live in. This means village residents and children from the orphanage are sleeping on the ground under make-shift lean-tos and tents. The orphanage will need to be entirely re-built. We invite you to help us aid the people of Dadagaun.

To start things off, we’ll have a one-hour yoga class at our Flatiron Park location from 5-6pm. With a suggested donation of $10 for the class, all proceeds will go toward the cause.

The fundraiser kicks off at 6pm and one dollar from every beer sold will be donated. We’ll have a food truck as well as live music. Thanks to Zeal Optics, Rab, Patagonia, and Osprey, there will be a silent auction of outdoor gear and apparel to help raise additional funds.

We hope you can join us!

Where: Upslope Brewing Company (1898 Flatiron Ct. Boulder, CO)

When: June 10th 6-9pm (pre-event yoga from 5-6pm)
