DENVER, CO – Stout Street Social is hosting a one-of-a-kind beer dinner with this Friday, February 15, 2018 at 6:30pm with Wiley Roots Brewing Company. Stout Street Social is a casual American restaurant that’s known for their vibrant atmosphere, well curated tap list, and delicious food with east & west coast inspired flavors. To showcase four specialty beers from Wiley Roots, the team at Stout Street Social created a custom paired menu to highlight unique aromas and flavors from each beer. The four course paired dinner features two different types of oysters, fresh fish for the main course, and a decadent dessert.

For the first course, the team chose to pair West Coast Oysters with Geometry, a golden farmhouse sour that was fermented and aged for 12 months in a Sangiovese wine foeder and then refermented on 800 lbs of Colorado-grown Gewürztraminer wine grapes. The second course features Grilled East Coast Oysters with kimchi butter paired with TRYGonometry, a golden farmhouse sour that was fermented and aged for 9 months in a Sangiovese foeder and then refermented on Tempranillo wine must. The third and main course, is Blackened Rocky Mountain Trout with dirty rice, seasonal vegetables, and tarragon butter paired with the Beer Flavored Beer, a light German Helles brewed with pilsner malt, acidulated malt, and Willamette hops. Finally, the fourth course ends the night with Apple Walnut Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding paired with Mean Beans, a decadent dessert stout with Coffee and Caramel.

Reservations are limited to the first 30 guests. All reservations are first come, first served. Guests are asked to call (720) 214-9100 for reservations or stop into Stout Street Social before Friday afternoon.
