Healthy doses of white wheat and Munich malts combine to offer a soft mouthfeel with just enough malt backbone. Local Hattiesburg honey is used to both dry this beer out and combine with late additions of Mosaic hops to give an aroma that screams of tropical fruit, wild flower honey, and summertime.
