Apricot Sour | Kannah Creek Brewing Co. Grand Junction, CO

A session Belgian blonde ale soured with apricots, this beer pairs well with seasoned sour drinkers or those new to the style. This is the second of three releases in The Sour Beer Project and this series is Kannah Creek’s first foray into sour beers. Head brewer, Matt Simpson, explains this series, “I wanted to create approachable sours that are great for summer time drinking. I like to think of them as Colorado Kool-Aid.”
