Riff Raff Brewing Spruce Juice

Spruce Juice | Riff Raff Brewing Co. Pagosa Springs, CO

Based on a pale ale, this colonial style recipe uses the new growth harvested from local spruce trees to be used right in the boil of the brew. This leaves a finish that is often characterized as pine, melon, mint or spice. It’s a wonderful, unique flavor experience, and hey, it can even help cure scurvy!
