FoCo Cafe and Holiday Twin Drive-In Presents First Ever Bikes, Brews & Blockbusters

Who: FoCo Cafe is the first nonprofit pay-what-you-can restaurant in Fort Collins. The cafe’s mission is to build community by providing nutritious and delicious meals to the people of Fort Collins regardless of their ability to pay while using mostly local, organic, and sustainably grown ingredients.

Family owned and operated, the historic Holiday Twin Drive-In Theatre is a two-screen theater playing double features on each screen. Open spring through the first weekend of September, Holiday Twin Drive-In is the place to be in Fort Collins, CO, lighting up the Front Range for 50 years.

What: FoCo Cafe and Holiday Twin Drive-In have teamed up to bring you the first annual Bikes, Brews & Blockbusters. This unique bike-in festival celebrates the art of film by showcasing independent work from local artists paired with local brews.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online. Ticket entry includes ten 4oz beers, live music and showings of independent short films. Artists can submit their entries to josh@holidaytwin.com.

This engaging and relaxed affair will benefit FoCo Cafe.

When: Sunday, August 19 from 6-10 p.m. (live music is from 6-8 p.m. and viewing of the independent films will start at 8 p.m)

About FoCo Cafe: FoCo Cafe is the first nonprofit restaurant in Fort Collins. Cafe patrons set the price for cafe cuisine in this pay-what-you-can setting. Instead of a cash register, a donation box is on the counter. If you can give more, please pay it forward. If you have a little less, pay what you can. If your pockets are empty, participate in community with your time and talent in exchange for a mouth-watering meal. About Holiday In Drive-In: The Holiday Twin Drive-In Theatre is a two screen theater playing double features on each screen. The Co-hit is always the second feature. Our ticket prices are Ages 10 and up $8.00, ages 6-9 $5.00 and Ages 65 and over $5.00. We open in the Spring and run through the first weekend of September. After Memorial Day weekend we start running 7 nights a week. The Holiday Twin Drive-In Theatre was built in the late 1960’s.
