Sacramento, CA — Tens of thousands of craft brew lovers will be celebrating everything Craft Beer has to offer during the American Craft Beer Week (May 16 – 22) by visiting a different brewery or craft brew related venue each night, culminating in the largest gathering in the region at the Annual West Coast Invitational on Saturday May 21.

“Once again, we are thrilled that the West Coast Invitational coincides with this incredible week of celebrating the hard work and dedication of Craft Brewers everywhere, and we hope beer lovers across the region will join us in the fun,” says Matson Breakey, founder of the event.

With over 50 brands and an expected 120 different brews, the West Coast Invitational is the evolution of the beer festival – Unlimited. Award Winning. Craft Brew.

The American Craft Beer Week was conceived by the Brewers Association as a way to bring together the independent craft brewers who have revolutionized the beer industry and encourage those who have not tried craft brew to put down their cans of light beer and try a beer infused with the craft and artistry of flavor and passion.

In 2006 the 109th Congress recognized American Craft Beer Week and it has grown ever since.
