Breckenridge Brewery adds a holiday kick to pork chops by adding a Christmas Ale basting sauce. Breck's Christmas Ale, an American Strong Ale, is quite the winter warmer, with flavors of caramel and chocolate.
- To make these festive pork chops, combine all ingredients except pork chops in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Sear pork chops on grill, about 4 minutes each side. Baste the chops liberally with sauce and return to grill. Over low heat, cook chops 15-20 minutes or until done, turning every 5 minutes, basting with sauce before each turn.
