Pharmer’s Daughter Blonde Ale was brewed with Coriander Honey and is ready for your enjoyment. We took one of the more middle of the road beer styles and put a little flavor spin with the addition on local Coriander Honey sourced from our friends at Island of the Moon Apiaries in Woodland, California. The honey was added to the fermenter at the end of primary fermentation to induce a secondary fermentation and to minimize flavor and aroma loss.
