Palatine, IL – Emmett’s Brewing Company is adding a new brand to their portfolio. We are offering a new beer in 6-pack bottles and on draft for Summer of 2014. The beer is named “Hoptweet,” a hopped wheat beer. “We are excited to be offering our first summer seasonal beer in bottles. Emmett’s offers many different seasonal beer selections on draft and in our Brewpubs throughout the year, but bottling a seasonal beer is a first for Emmett’s Brewing Company.”

About Emmett’s Hoptweet

“Summer is in full swing. The birds are tweeting, the frogs are hopping, and the sky is clear. The clouds are in your glass.  Hoptweet is an unfiltered summer wheat ale full of pillowy malts and refreshing tropical hop character. This light bodied session beer is ideal for an all day picnic, quick lap on the lawnmower, or just kicking back and enjoying the day. Pair this beer with anything from the garden to the grill and taste all that summer has to offer.”

Hoptweet is the perfect summer thirst quencher with a crisp finish, and has plenty of Citra® hop aroma for the hop heads.  Hoptweet will be available starting July 1st though the end of September at all Emmett’s locations, retail stores, and on draft at other bars and restaurants around the Chicago land area.
