Tallahassee Brewery Taps into Local Ingredients
GrassLands Brewing Company, a craft brewery located in the eclectic Gaines Street District of Tallahassee, FL, is proud to announce the release of its seasonal Berliner Weisse: Snakeweiss.
Snakeweiss is a tart and tangy wheat beer complimented by freshly juiced Muscadine grapes harvested at a local vineyard in Tallahassee. The release event will be held Friday, January 6 from 4pm to 12am at the brewery’s taproom.
GrassLands Brewing Company prides itself on brewing solid core beers in addition to its experimental & sour production line. As the brewery heads into distribution, just about a third of its overall production incorporates either sour or experimental components.
