Brewed with two types of ginger to balance the heat ginger versus sweet ginger, this beer is ginger forward with a solid chocolate stout backbone. This beer was inspired by a boutique chocolate shop in Chicago. They had a ginger chocolate nugget that was incredibly tasty, so we decided to try to turn it into beer form.
