Out Cold Winter Ale | Sawtooth Brewery Ketchum, ID

Winters in the Sawtooth Mountains are cold, dark and long. When you head out into the mountains for a yurt trip, backcountry ski tour, snowmobile ride, or snowshoe hike with the family and you’ll understand being out cold. Our winter ale is brewed to be malty and bold without being sweet. We add a hearty amount of molasses to add complexity and to balance out the hint of hops, all while finishing dry and crisp.
