Redwater Ale | Crow Peak Brewing Co. Spearfish, SD
Beer has a copper color with a light tan head. The aroma is malty with caramel notes. The flavor is malt dominant and there is a distinct caramel component and very slight roastiness. Hop bitterness is low and there is no detectable hop aroma or flavor. Named for one of the rivers that flows through western South Dakota.
