Winter Snake | Grist Brewing Co. Highlands Ranch, CO

A saison that was brewed with winter spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice, orange peel and others) to accentuate the natural spicy esters prominent from the hot fermentation of the traditional saison yeast. We add a late addition of some spices and a flame out addition of other spices to bring those winter aromas into a beer that is typically made in the summer time. But hey, why not.
