Spring Beer Dinner at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen
Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen is holding its Spring Beer Dinner, April 27 inside the brewery at 6pm.
We invite you to join us at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, 601 West Holly St, for this year’s Spring Beer dinner April, 27. Don’t miss the chance to sit down and learn from brewmaster Will Kemper, as he describes the 5 beers featured in the dinner. Each beer is masterfully paired with a gourmet courses prepared by Chuckanut chef Joel Shumate. Tickets are $39.95 (includes food beer and service) plus tax and must be purchased in advance either at the brewery or over the phone. Seats are limited, so get them while they last! (All tickets are non-refundable, but transferable). Ticket sales end on April 23.
The Spring Beer Dinner features 5 beers to be enjoyed with brewmaster Will Kemper. This year’s dinner features award winning Chuckanut Kolsch followed by food/beer courses: Seared Lamb Patty on rosemary Crostini (Vienna Lager); Wild Arugula Salad with Macadamia nuts & Goat Cheese (Bohemian Pils); Roasted Full Circle Pork Sirloin Chop (Roasted Chuckanuts Bitter); and dessert t be announced paired with Chuckanut Robust Porter. This is a great chance to experience Chuckanut award winning beers with amazing Chuckanut food while sitting next to the brewery’s fermentation tanks. Please dress warm as it is cool inside the working brewery!
Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, located at 601 West Holly St, was awarded the National Small Brewpub of the Year 2009 at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO. The national festival competition is the largest beer competition in the U.S.A. The full service “Kitchen” serves lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night food with an eclectic fresh local menu for all ages.
